Ayomikun is an experienced lawyer with a decade of expertise in the intersection of technology and banking regulation, advising some of the leading tech companies, non-profits, and government institutions on fintech policy as well as assisting numerous startups navigate the complex legal landscape of the larger tech ecosystem – from fundraising to corporate governance. In addition, Ayomikun has also worked on a range of energy-related projects, including upstream hydrocarbon acquisitions and solar power purchase agreements.
Outside of work, Ayomikun has a passion for motorsport, with a particular interest in Formula One. Having participated in FIA Marshall and Stewards training, Ayomikun understands the importance of safety and compliance in high-stakes environments
