Advised the World Bank funded Legal Workstream Consultancy, arranged for the Bureau of Public Enterprises, in connection with the unbundling of National Electric Power Authority (NEPA) and the establishment of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria Plc. and the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC).
