- Represented Tinapa in an arbitration proceedings pertaining to multiple disputes arising from a suite of contracts, namely, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultancy Agreement, Civil Engineering Consultancy Agreement and Structural Engineering Consultancy Agreement. Arbitral proceedings were subsequently suspended by reason of intervention of the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), who assumed Tinapa’s obligations under the contracts.
- Represented Crane Homes Limited in arbitration proceedings in respect of a dispute pertaining to breach of a building contract valued at over Two Billion Naira (N2,000,000,000).
