He is a member of the Firms Corporate and Commercial law practice group, as well as the Legal Advisory, Company Secretarial & Regulatory Compliance team, advising an exhaustive list of clients on corporate and commercial transactions, and compliance with their respective regulators. He also has a keen interest in other areas of law, such as Intellectual property, and Real Estate.
His great interpersonal skills are reflected in his ability to relate well with members of his team, and work with them to provide our clients with the best possible legal services.
