Azeez is an incisive and intelligent commercial lawyer and has acquired significant experience in several large-scale, big-ticket Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Capital Markets transactions across various sectors of the economy. ‘Azeez has provided legal advice and opinions to both foreign and local clients on several corporate commercial transactions in those sectors.
Azeez has deep experience in Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Regulatory and Compliance as well as company secretarial which he brings to bear in advising clients on corporate commercial transactions; he pays attention to details in providing legal advice to clients and has in that respect created a niche for himself in the legal market and among his peers.
