Bukola Alada
Bukola is an astute and commercially minded lawyer who is keen on providing timely and innovative solutions to complex legal issues. She works in the Firm’s Corporate Securities & Finance Practice Group where she advises both local and international clients on finance, mergers and acquisition transactions. Her professional interests and competence cut across corporate finance, project finance and fintech.
