Jane Odili has a pragmatic approach to solving issues and is passionate about providing legal advisory services to grow and promote client businesses. She has diverse skill sets as she has over the years gained experience working on several areas of law including but not limited to, dispute resolution, company secretarial and corporate governance and commercial law, and has advised both Nigerian and international clients on several corporate and commercial law issues.
Her practice areas now focus on private equity, mergers and acquisition, corporate restructurings, capital market, corporate finance and legal and business advisory.
