Oluwatobiloba Ojuri

Tobi is a smart, solution-oriented and meticulous lawyer. She ingeniously combines her ability to critically analyze the most complex of legal problems and proffer top-notch solutions to clients’ satisfaction. She is an associate with the Firm’s Private Equity and FinTech Team. She has significant experience in general corporate law, private equity, corporate finance, mergers and acquisition, project finance, compliance and regulatory matters, company secretarial, financial technology, amongst others. She has garnered robust experience having advised clients in local and cross-border transactions in various sectors, including finance, infrastructure, payment solutions, healthcare and telecommunications. Amongst other major mergers and acquisition transactions she has been involved in, she was a member of the team that advised an american multinational financial services corporation in connection with a US$100,000,000 (One Hundred Million United States Dollars) indirect investment in a multinational telecommunications services company. She is currently advising several payment solution companies in Nigeria in respect of their business operations in Nigeria, particularly the legal, technical and/or operational framework for providing payment services and solutions in Nigeria. In my spare time, I love reading, travelling and listening to music.
