Onyinye Dimkpagu
Onyinye’s professional experience has largely been in the Energy sector. She has been involved in several diverse transactions in the Energy sector, such as acquisitions, divestments, financing, among others, where she provided legal advice on a wide range of legal and commercial issues. She has a deep understanding of the intricate and complex legal and commercial issues inherent in the sector and is proficient at providing legal advisory services across the regulatory, commercial and technical aspects of the sector.
She also possesses broad based experience in dispute resolution and corporate and commercial law practice.
Onyinye is intelligent, motivated and result oriented. She is adept at recognizing and resolving matters through a dispassionate and critical analysis of the facts in issue and providing legal and workable solutions to achieve the client’s objectives.
She holds a Masters’ Degree with Distinction in Energy Law and Policy from the CEPMLP of the University of Dundee and is also the winner of the Laszlo Gombos Prize for Academic Excellence for 2016.
