B&I; Winner at ESQ Awards 2016

On Friday, 7th October 2016, Banwo & Ighodalo won “Capital Markets Team of the Year” at this year's ESQ Nigerian Legal Awards!

The firm won this award for its role advising Guaranty Trust Bank plc and GTB Finance B.V., (a special purpose vehicle owned by GT Bank) in relation to the offer by way of a tender to the holders of GTB Finance B.V’s outstanding U.S.$500,000,000 7.50 per cent notes due 2016.

In addition, our Mr. Asue Ighodalo was conferred with the “Lifetime Achievement” award whilst our Mr. Kehinde Ojuawo won the “40 under 40” award category.
