Six Trade Marks Journals Released

Following the recent publication of three (3) Trade Marks Journals by the Trade Marks Registry (“the Registry”) late last year, the Registry has just published six (6) new Journals. According to relevant officials of the Registry, a total of 30,823 trademark applications are advertised in the Journals.

The new Journals, identified as Vol 1, Nos. 1 - 6, are all dated January 30, 2018 and will soon be available for purchase at the Registry. Please note that any oppositions to the registration of trademarks advertised in the  Journals must be filed within two (2) months from the date of publication.
