World Launch - ICC Mediation Rules

Banwo & Ighodalo lawyer Chinwe Odigboegwu will speak at the World Launch of the New ICC Mediation Rules. 

The Conference will unveil the ICC mediation rules (the new rules), which replaces the ICC ADR rules that have been used for amicable dispute resolution since 2001

Participants will gain an understanding of the nature, purpose and operation of the new rules that came into force 1st of January 2014
