We are delighted to have contributed to the latest edition of the International Comparative Legal Guides - Consumer Protection ("ICLG – Consumer Protection 2022").
The ICLG Consumer Protection 2022 offers practical cross-border insights into consumer protection law across 15 jurisdictions globally. The Nigeria Chapter of the Guides covers key issues of consumer protection laws and regulations in Nigeria, including matters relating to the quality and safety of goods and services, investigation of potential breaches, enforcement, and appeals procedures, among others.
