Ngozi Umeodinka
Ngozi is a passionate and meticulous lawyer with significant knowledge and interest in corporate & commercial law, project finance and financial technology. She works in the Firm’s Corporate, Securities & Finance Practice Group where she provides brilliant and workable solutions to complex legal issues which meet and exceed clients’ needs. She is highly analytical and intelligent with an uncanny ability to learn fast. Ngozi loves a challenge. She exercises a problem-solving approach towards work whilst maintaining a commendable degree of composure. She has demonstrated an excellent track record in public speaking and writing and has earned several national and international accolades. Her outstanding interpersonal skills also make her a great listener, conversationalist, and team-player, as well as an asset to the Firm.
Outside of law, Ngozi enjoys listening to music, watching musical performances, and reading historical fiction. She is also a fashion enthusiast and a lover of extreme sports.
